We stayed in a Presidential Suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Some of the appliances were a bit dated and you have to step into the bath to take a shower but overall the accommodation was great. The hotel is close to Earls Court station which was also a bonus. The staff were all very attentive, the room always well prepared, making for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at the presidential apartments with our 6 month old daughter. The apartments are in a great location and only a few minutes walk from the underground. The room we were appointed was large and was equipped with all you needed for a self catering stay. We found the bed comfortable although the rooms themselves were tired and would benefit from some attention. Most of the staff were very helpful and Peter in particular went out of his way to help us. We did encounter some issues during our stay, in particular with the temperature of the room. We were subsequently moved and allocated another apartment. We found hotel management very accommodating and responsive to the issues we raised. All in all, we felt that the apartments provided value for money.

2-3 star apartments with fundamental issues

We were shocked and discussed on the state of our room on arrival. The following is the list of issues: - Room service folded damp towels and placed them on the kids beds. Not sure if these were clean or just folded up from the bathroom. - Mould in bathrooms - Stained toilet seats - Rubbish in bin on arrival - Multiple cracked tiles - Shonky tile grout and filling - Huge hole in lounge - Deteriorated cabinets that need replacing in both original and upgraded rooms. - Water damaged wood on skirting board. - Noise from tenants above from simply walking around - Poor heating With these issues, we were upgraded to the presidential suite which was marginally better, however this was far from 4 star and I now put Agoda in question for how a 8+ rating can be allocated to this property. The property pictures are deceiving and nothing compared to what we experienced. I have stayed in many 3 and 4 star apartments and this is lower quality than most of the 3 star apartments I have experienced. The issues are deep rooted and not something that can be fixed easily. We will not be back and will be weary of Agoda ratings and reviews going forward.

Check in was fast and porter was very helpful with my luggage.Very roomy for a London studio apartment. Everything was top notch, Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was available for one adult or two young children.Lifts available to all floors. Quiet street off Earl's court road. Shops and restaurants are just round the corner. They kindly allowed me store my luggage all day after checkout. A great place to stay. Will recommend to all. The only snag is the dining furniture which is rather dated and worn out. Not Presidential at all!!

Conveniently located just few minutes walk from Earls Court Station. Stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment, and our first impression was it was very clean and also spacious enough for a family of three. Our room was on the ground floor, at the very end of the hallway. Room had no view it was nice and quiet. We fully enjoyed the convenience of having a full kitchen and washer/dryer inside the apartment for our long stay. But for some reason, the clothes came out of the dryer just 80% dry so we had to hang dry them in the bathroom. We were always greeted with a very clean apartment at the end of the day. Coffee and tea were also refilled on a daily basis. Their staff were pleasant to talk to and would readily address any concern. Truly a full serviced apartment. We're very satisfied with the accommodation and service we received. Tip: Reading the reviews prior to our stay gave us an idea on what to expect.
